Technology is not the problem it can be leadership it has to be beneath the management chain

Today's economic depression has been the main ingredient of the failures in the different industry sectors.  As the impact now reaches the streams of the high tech industry, maybe we can also re-assess some of the major impediments affecting large technology savvy companies experiencing the perils of the economy.

Even with onset of continuous process improvement and planning sometimes one would still question the profitability potential from the investments which initially so much tempting.

Although it is true that the only way to grow a business is open it up for more people to be involved.  However, some small business entrepreneur seem to take so much time on doing so.

Through the years, I have observed this gradual slow process methodology.  It has something to be with leadership especially from the intial founders of the business.  Yes, technology improvements will definitely boost productivity but creating the value integration in the whole process is going to be the ultimate critical success factor.

So today's online businesses thrive through value integration in the end of creating that critical success factor. Hence, some companies focus mainly on servicing their main allies and strategic partners.

However, strategic allies in their management chain has to ensure that they have the accurate systems in placed when measuring the whole value integration process.  It only takes sometimes  one individual unaccounted that affects the whole process.  Unless, we have the accuracy of knowing where the problem completely lies technology might not be the problem.
