Today, the USPS tracking numbers can be safely assumed as a requirement on every transaction sold online and shipped "fast".  Yet from the 1990's when the USPS Website tracking info had issues on "Invalid Number", "Input Correct Number", "Pre-Shipment" and "No Information" available till today a few months to 2018, these same problems prevail and continues.
